Publix Pharmacy at Plantation Towne Square

They’re very slow at filling prescriptions. The customer service is horrible and I had to wait almost two hours for my prescription even though I have picked up my meds from them before. I got into an altercation with some woman working at the drop off because her attitude was real nasty. I’ll never use their little pharmacy again.

Kudos to Lisa and all of the wonderful people at Publix Pharmacy #0703. She did more for me than my own PCP (primary care physician). I had run out of a much needed medicine and was having problems with my insurance company and my doctor’s authorization. Lisa went online and found me a free coupon for a month’s supply of my medication costing $649.00 dollars. She bought me some time for my doctor and insurance company to get this situation right. I can’t thank Lisa enough for her efforts. The rear of the pharmacy’s card says it best: “. . .We do more than fill your prescriptions. We listen. Answer questions. Advise. . .” After relaying my situation to her, she was the one who suggested the online route. As I write this review, I couldn’t be more grateful for Lisa’s assistance in assisting me in this situation. Boy, did she advise. I have my medicine and don’t have to worry about a lapse in my ongoing treatment. This pharmacy is not the closest one to my house but with service like this I would be crazy to go anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Great friendly staff that help you with anything

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Absolute worst, they forget to order prescriptions that they don’t have on hand, the don’t have any level of customer service, I’ve tried to extend grace but they have failed a minimum of 5x- from ordering prescriptions to ensuring they filled the correct brand instead of generic. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Makes the entire publix brand look awful. Absolutely awful.
