BlueStar was able to help me move a car from the east coast to the midwest that was non running and recently restored. The car arrived in good condition and the team was always upfront and honest. If I ever need another move they will be the first called. Great Team! Thank you!

1 Star review only for the helpful receptionist. Other than that, the worst decision I’ve ever made. Vehicle was damaged during shipping and items stolen out of glove compartment. Drivers both claim they “don’t go through items in vehicles.” What makes it worse? Blue Star, supposedly the middle man so they claim, took the side of the carrier claiming they have pictures of the damage being there and they’ve used this carrier before without issue, however the driver “made an error by not adding it to the bill of lading.” As if I’m supposed to trust a thief’s claim as they clearly have that they took photos who knows when or where, but forgot to add it to the legal doc we all signed. Blue Star then had the nerve to accuse my best friend who the car was delivered to of stealing the items out of my car. What a disrespectful, horrible, jackleg company. Damages to my car total $1k and the items stolen $500. Now I have to pay my lawyer to get my money back because they refuse to admit fault for the damages. Save time and headache, go elsewhere!!!!!!
