Great customer service, grooming service is awesome, spacious, clean, fast and all staff are very professional! Definitely recommend to anyone. Not to mention you get Pet visit, grooming and food supplies.

The entire staff at Scarborough Animal Hospital is very caring, considerate and don’t rush you out the door. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We were referred to Scarbrough Animal Hospital by Animal Control when we adopted a cat (they provided a free checkup). We also ended up bringing one of our other cats to the appointment because she was acting oddly. The new cat for checked out and was given a clean bill of health – the free visit was actually free, no up-selling or pressure to buy anything. Dr. Drew diagnosed our other cat with a bad ear infection that her “normal” vet missed just a week prior!! Dr. Drew is compassionate, professional, and very sweet and friendly. We saw Dr. O’Neal for the ear infection follow-up a week later and she was the exact same mindset. No pressure for expensive procedures, medications, or food. Just genuine care for the well-being of the animals. The vet assistants were also great – we worked with Destiny and Danielle. The front desk staff was polite, professional, and recognized almost all of the patients who came in. The clinic is clean, modern, and spacious. We also received follow-up texts and calls checking on the cats after their appointments. Very impressed with the clinic and we have now officially changed vets for our cats!! Would heartily recommend.

On December 26th we were faced with the task of putting out beloved Hurricane to sleep. Hurricane was brought in due to his inability to ambulate.

Dr. Drew came in to examine Hurricane and to his surprise Hurricane was not in a good way. Dr. Has been treating Hurricane for at least 9 yrs. During this time Hurricane along with each of our 3 other dogs received optimal care.

After a complete diagnostic Dr. Drew thought it would be best to put Hurricane down since he would not be able to ambulate going forward.
Prior to making this decision Dr. Drew showed the utmost compassion for out Hurricane.

Dr. Drew was obviously shaken for what was about to happen to the point where his didn’t want to make this decision because he loved Hurricane as if he was his own. We all decided this would be in the best interest of Hurricane to prevent him from suffering.

Eventhough we didn’t want to say goodbye to our son but it was best. The techs prepared Hurricane for his final goodbye. During this time Dr. Drew and his staff showed so much compassion and professionalism during this time.

The staff members came in and spent their last moments with Hurricane. This was one of their favorite patients and they would miss him also. Hurricane left with his family and caregivers at his side.

We truly appreciate the staff at Scarborough Animal hospital. They are a class act.
