Claudia is the ONNLLLYYYY reason I’m giving this location five stars. Her customer service was phenomenal. I usually do everything I can to avoid going to this location because the staff is rude or seem really uninterested. You all should hire more employees like her, I’m sure it’ll make a huge difference in the store’s profit. Thank you Claudia, my oily skin sister! lol

My only real complaint is how dark it is. The staff is decent, and product selection is decent considering this is a very small “Sephora”. You can’t really compare it to the large Sephora’s you would see in large popular malls. I found it easier to get assistance here then in the big Sephoras cause the big stores are usually packed with people. Due to lighting there is a high chance of leaving the store with a wrong shade color. It’s very dark and very dim making and shade matching a hassle. I recommend you get a few samples and self match at your own time for accuracy. The staff is decent, it all depends on which staff member is assisting you. Other then that this is the closest Sephora to me so this is my go to store other then Ulta.

This location could use some staff retraining. I couldn’t buy an item because no one could figure out how to ring it. Store was extremely dirty from the floors and fixtures to the testers. This store is definitely in need of an intervention from corporate.
