Moody is a highly helpful appraiser and very easy to reach when anything comes up. He provided me with the appraisal conditions the lender requested within hours and the time he sent me the documents was at 03:00 AM. Meaning he is constantly working to fill his order, and satisfy his conditions. His costs are reasonable and better than most providers and worth every last cent. If you want good customer service, almost non-existent turn times, and a reliable appraiser, Moody is your best bet. Thank you.
