This Social Security office is flawlessly clean, efficient, and friendly. The representative that helped me through several applications, a Mr. Karmen, is professional and friendly and was genuinely concerned about my benefits.

Quick, easy and convenient experience. I just got married and needed to do a name change and I was so worried about being stuck there for half a day. I ended up going about 12:30 which I expected to wait atleast a hour or two since it was during the lunch hour. I promptly checked in to the kiosk with no appointment( I was not able to make one) and sat down. Within 7 minutes I was called to a window (they have 45 of them!).
The woman helping me was very friendly and quick. She double checked everything and made sure I confirmed all the information as well to avoid errors. I was in and out within 15 minutes even with a full waiting room. I would recommend this location, it was the best experience I have had at a government run facility!

I had a particular situation I could not make an appointment for and had to go for a walk in. The office was clean and orderly and the process went smoothly. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to fulfill my request as quickly as possible. It’s never a pleasure doing business at a government office but the folks here truly did their best to make the experience as pleasant as possible!
