high interest for sure but when your credit score is in the toilet they helped! I agreed to the amount to borrow. 4 years never late always had nice people to communicate with. No complaints. Thanks for the assistance

Worst financial company around. My car was flooded in hurricane Michael so my insurance and gap insurance paid off the loan but summit said I owed 300 more for admin fees and I refused to pay so after 90 days they have ballooned the amount to over 4k. They wont make a deal and continue to ruin my credit for no reason other than they can. Awful and rude employees and they just suck!

The interest rate I’m paying is more then what I purchased the car for I bought my car for 16,495 their interest on the loan is 17,200 the car is now worth 12,500 and I still have 18,745 left to pay never been late always on time they sold my loan to Westlake which sent me a letter stating I was late many times on my payment which I wasn’t and my next payment of 0.00 is due 6-16-19 so my next payment should be 7-16-19 as a payment date when you try to explain what the letter States they said it was a glitch and that I owe the money paper is legal documentation so this will hold up in court they repo I sure for millions due to the harassment both companies have caused I was hospitalized three times due to the harassment Summit and Westlake be prepared to be served just so you know my Lawyer is out for blood and all calls are being documented for both companies up to 11pm at night

I had my car since 2013. Interest rate was high as well as payments. But I had a high paying job with low credit. I got a car with a warranty that was only 2 years old….. no one else would have did that. And if so l, I needed a car and had no time to look. They have worked with me when I was late. My only issue is that they have sold my loan. I should be finish soon but was hoping to complete my loan with them.

The worst company you could use to finance a car loan. I am thankful for my car but their customer service is a joke. I have NEVER made a late payment more than 2 days due to pay schedule and this is the first month I have ever had an issue being on time in the two years I have had the vehicle. They do not care about their customers, even if you do have a perfect payment history with them. Looking to get refinanced because they are a joke.
