Customer service is something this company nor location upholds as a standard or reflection of their business. I would never recommend this business to anyone to get any services or “repairs” done to their car(s). Tonya is the receptionist there I would like to say and her sense of responsibility, knowledge, and duty to rectify concerns are far from prompt or professional. Her attitude and behavior in reference to questions and concerns is enough to discourage me from setting foot or my car into that location. This place is a joke. If you’d like to save your sanity, money, and car, save yourself time and avoid this place. It’s nowhere near a repair shop, more like a chop your car apart shop.

If you want your car destroyed come here. So you can just go to another body shop to have the whole car redone because of improper work and welds. Might as well be a chop shop. Don’t ever come here they shouldn’t even be allowed to operate as a auto collision shop for insurance purposes.
