Dr. Castello is the BEST!!! I drive from Weston to her office and always receive professional service. I manufacture dental equipment and that is how we met. Her expertise in cosmetic dentistry is superb and that is why I chose her. Her staff is also great and I also do my teeth ultrasonic cleanings every six months. I know a lot of dentists being in the dental industry and Dr. Castello is definitely the one that sets the mark! A big bonus the office and operative rooms are very clean and has the latest and most advanced equipment. Everyone is wearing the latest PPE. I highly recommend her for all your Dental needs.

I have been a patient at Sunset Dental for many years. I had an appointment last week for a regular cleaning. The experience seemed risk free in this Covid-19 era. Staff signed me in and took my temperature in the waiting room. During the cleaning water, paste and any debris were suctioned out, so no spitting into a common bowl. If going to the dentist can be considered an excellent experience, this trip qualifies.

After having a horrible experience with my previous dentist, I gave Shalom Dental a try! And I’m beyond happy that I did! Before I even stepped foot in the facility I was treated so kindly that I couldn’t believe it. I was in pain and desperate for an appointment. I called for an appointment and unfortunately they were full! but I asked the receptionist to keep me in mind. I did not think for a second that they would call me back or keep me in mind. But within a few hours she (sorry I don’t remember names well but she was a very sweet African American woman at the front desk) called me and got an appointment for me the next day! As for the process, I felt safe every step of the way. I have anxiety and not once did I feel like I was going to panic. The Doctor and the assistant were both so knowledgeable and kind! And they were all women! Which I LOVED!! Dr. Castillo was so sweet and got straight to the point! Not once did she mention or force any procedure on me that would cost me hundreds of dollars simply to put money in their pockets and leave me broke. (like other Dental facilities do) my X- Rays were sent to my email in a matter of minutes and they provided me with a surgeon almost instantly. I NEVER write long reviews but my experience was too great not to share! Thank you guys once again! ☺️
