So after 2 days of bugging Chris Diana and dharryl they took care of me perfectly i got the exact phone I wanted they made the data transfer simple and easy they helped me reset all.passwords and reorganize my.phone the way I like it …. great store fantastic customer service I would recommend any one who wants a hands on experience to come here….. clean safe and friendly just what we need during these tough times keep up the great work…. I went into this store to buy 2 brand new phones after Returning to the company after 5 years , i was in the store 4 HOURS with them while they try and figure out how to re open my old account that was frozen or whatever , they got it figured out hours later and told me I was on a plan for $140 a month plan and they talk my mom into buying a new galaxy watch which would be a extra $10 a month for the line and $16 for the watch so that’s about $170/180 a month but when I got my first bill it came out to $250 and when I called t mobile they told me I was paying for accessories which was a $40 glass protector and $40 phone case that I didn’t ask for the customer service rep ADAN said that it was free when I bought my phones , I went back to the store and they looked up my account and didn’t notice a receipt for the glass protector or the case so that should be their mistake and I shouldn’t still be paying for it the only thing that the manager on dutie offered was a $30 credit and my account and I am still very un happy at how they handled that situation I will refer no one to come in to this location

This tmobile store is the best! They always take care of me right away. All I do is sign in earlier online and I’m usually next when I walk in, Great staff here!

This is by far the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and flat out best T-Mobile store in South, Fl. Moe and Mike W. made my upgrade to my Note 9 512gb so good it was down right enjoying. I will forever recommend, not only this store but T-Mobile, for all things mobile! They made sure my trade-in went correctly. That my plan stayed exactly the way I wanted it. As well as my bill credits from my trade promotion would be correct. All while being friendly and funny! Great customer service. Quick and efficient. Plus, had good music playing, though that may have been because I went in so early.
