The Original Pancake House

Today once again we visit “The Original Pancake House” in Plantation, Fl, and we are very happy with the quality of our breakfast, the speed and efficiency of how we were served, and it is worth mentioning the super courtesy of the person who attended us ( Ilene Brown) and today’s Manager Sunday morning, Thank you once again, we will surely come back another time, we recommend it.

Just ate here with my family, a party of 6, on a busy Sunday morning. The hostess was able to accommodate us quickly, great for my elderly grandmother. The food was excellent as always. Service by Pamela was right on point, especially given how busy it was. She took our order quickly and was attentive throughout. The best part was that she checked my ID after I paid my bill after she checked the back of my card which read “see ID”. That attention to detail shows she cares deeply about customer’s safety and security and most restaurants never bother to check this. Despite the added tip of 18% for our party, we decided to tip an extra $15 due to her impeccable service and attention to detail. Thank you Pamela and Plantation Pancake House staff!

Went looking for sourdough French toast and they no longer make them 😰😔
The omelet was thick fluffy eggs spinach and feta cheese delicious .

Pancakes I have to admit I’m an ihop Regular and their pancakes in my opinion are better. Toast and coffee as expected. Service was quick even though it was crowded

We love the original pancake house in Florida and try to make it there when we visit our family. It has become a special spot for visiting with our kids and their grandma. I love the fluffy egg white omelets- my favorite! Wish they had them in AZ where we live.

Daniel was very friendly and made me feel like I was an important customer, even though this was my first time here. The corned beef hash is the real deal here, not the canned stuff. I recommend this restaurant if you want a place that feels like home.
