The Regen Hub has really helped me this offseason bounce back from the intense workouts at Biocore. It’s so convenient and they are so attentive whenever you need them. I highly recommend the Cryo and Sauna but hey, you let them know what you need and you are in great hands!

I LOOOOVE the RegenHub! They have all the perfect recovery tools after a hard workout. Laura is always so sweet & willing to explain the health benefits of all of the recovery tools they offer. The sauna, cryotherapy & the hydroboots are all awesome! Everything is clean. Literally one of my favorite places!

The Regen Hub is simply amazing. They have introduced me to so many new ways to recover my body after a crazy work out or just from daily work and life stress. Although cryo is brutally cold Laura has educated me on all the positive benefits it has on my body which I love so much. I love how clean and professional they are And how they always make me feel like my wellness is a priority for them as it is for me. Thank you for your service.
