The Salt Nest

Wow, this was amazing. It was the first time I had tried it and I feel great. Super clean room, very relaxing and learned a lot about something that was new for me.

Entering the facility, we were greeted with nicely scented candles and a comfy couch to sit in while filling out forms. The actual salt therapy experience was nice. You get a soft blanket and headset, then lean back in the arm chairs and relax. You can smell and taste the salt and come out covered in salt. I enjoyed it.

Took my 10 month old son to the children’s room today to see if it would help his eczema. His skin afterward was so calm and soft! Brie was so kind, helpful, and very sweet with my son. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend.

This was a great experience..excellent customer service, every informative and a happy relaxing vibe. I was a first time customer and i took my mom for her birthday and ahe loved it. We hope to visit again with friends and family. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to try something new, love spa days or are looking for relaxation and health benefits.

My Husband and I took out a month membership after first looking at the Spa.
The Proprietors, Laura and her Sister Carolina, both are accommodating, knowledgeable and Friendly as well as their Staff.
The Spa is clean and the environment lovely and relaxing.
I have been experiencing respiratory issues due to an uptick in my allergies and I thought the salt spa therapy would be helpful. Absolutely it was. The benefits are also that for the time you are having the treatment you are able to relax and unwind with lovely spa music, comfortable lounge chairs and a generally pleasurable environment. They provide nice blankets as well.
The Management is knowledgeable and very interested in their Clients welfare and experience.
I have told Friends about the principal behind salt therapy and about this great spot in my very own Plantation Community.
I intend to visit the establishment again in the future.
We frequented Salt Nest at least 8 times, maybe more.
I found a 35 minute session perfect for myself but my Husband would have preferred a longer session which is available.
They have a private room that hold two chaises,
One communal room where there are quite a few, and an adorable room glassed for view in and outside for Families with Children where they can play with toys and benefit from the salt therapy w their Caregivers.
Super spot all around.
