These people are very unprofessional. I apply for a apartment denied 12 weeks ago still have not received me deposit. Melissa is very unprofessional she keeps telling me sent a email to the 3rd party they contact me but o one ever call back. She hangs up the phone when you ask more then one question. She even told me she will not give me the number corporate because i use bad language to her. Which is not true. If all calls are recorded i really wants her boss to review our conversation. . These are hard times for everyone. No one has money to give away. This is totally not right

Please DO NOT RECOMMENT. Have been a resident for a year and just observed how a maintenance guy report resident’s car to be towed, and management very rude, not consideration with good residents, not event quarantined. Manager always posting complaints against to resident in the web portal 24/7.

They took my deposit, then told me the apartment we paid to hold was no longer available. The other apartments would be more money. This happened 10/6/19. They still have NOT refunded $600 back for their lack of professionalism. Next stop is the BBB and my lawyer.

12/23/19- reply to response.
It is now 12/23/19, a full 49 days after and still no refund that you say was processed……… From the start date of 10/6/19 our money has been held up over 78 days. Do you really expect a good review after this?

So, now its 2/26/2020, AND STILL NO REFUND! They have also LIED on this site, saying they processed our refund check on 11/4….. They have lied in emails to my bank also, so I guess the next step is the Better Business Bureau and then my laywer. Do not trust ANYTHING they say. These are untrustworthy and unethical people. They will take your money, tell you the price they quoted is inaccurate and the resident you want is no longer available, but that they have another available, it just happens to be much more money a month. I guess this will be the start of my daily rant until justice prevails and I get my hard earned money back.

I did not get the opportunity to live at the resident that I secured on their online portal. I paid the 600.00 deposit to secure a specific apartment and pricing early October. The following morning I received a call from their office to advise me that the pricing on the website was incorrect and this never happens. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for the corrected price. It was still within the price range from the what we locked in at and so I let them know that I would go ahead with it. They then told me that the occupants decided they did not want to move out. At that point, I felt a little disgusted and asked for my full refund. After several attempts to find out the status, I was advised that they went ahead and put the refund through for me and I should get a call once the check has been sent. We are now close to end of November and still no refund. Not sure if this has ever happened to anyone else, but it certainly makes me feel disappointed in the process of locking in any apartment online. Is it reasonable for any consumer to have to wait over 6 weeks for a full refund? It really disappoints me to see this process for a community that claims to be luxury rentals. I certainly don’t feel treated as a valued consumer that is not at fault. I will be following up with a timeline for all correspondence so that anyone who reads this can see that I am truly not being unreasonable in my frustration of receiving a full refund in a timely fashion. Thank you.
