We have been using this UPS store since we started our small business. The owner Anne and her staff offer us truly personal and prompt service. We have never had an issue and if an important package is lost from UPs or FedEx they always take the time to help us track it down from the company. They made it through a tough time in our current World and tough economic situation and contribute to our success, Daily. A Big Thank You to them. We will continue to support you and value our relationship with this Specific Location.

We have used this UPS Store for almost a decade. We have always received great support and service. We used to use a different location but then moved our services over to Anne and her team. We hace been happy there since. They get things done and it’s always nice to come into their store, just good energy. Which is rare these days. Thank you to the owner Anne.

Owner/Manager of this store is extremely rude. He don’t have manners to even say please or thank you. And when being serve at the counter he ignored me like I wasn’t even there standing in front of him after taking my package.

On April 8th a package was dropped off here to be sent. The package was handed directly to the manager, Anne S. Here it is more than two weeks later and I’ve been informed that the recipient never received the package. After placing numerous calls to no avail, I visited in person. The manager, Anne starts to make statements “ I know the package was on the counter but I’m not sure if a driver picked it up”.. “ Have the other party call me and I will straighten it out. She is just completely clueless as to what happened to the package! I’ve contacted the corporate office, and will be filing a police report. Do yourself a favor and AVOID!

I can be pretty difficult, specially when I’m stressed, but the young lady who helped me out, and her supervisor did everything they could to resolve my issues quickly and guiding me through some of the steps I didn’t know I needed to go through. All while graciously handling what I will admit was a bad attitude on my part.

Lack of preparation on my part should not constitute an emergency on their part, but they took on my problem as their own and got me going on my merry way.

Great attitudes, magnificent service, very reasonable pricing, oh and I forgot to mention, CLEAN!

They’ve strategically set up boxes around the counter to help maintain a safe distance between employees and customers alike. A true testament to the thoughtfulness of the people in that branch.
