This is usually a reliable store. But 1 of 3 employees was not wearing a mask on my last visit. When I asked why, she defended herself by saying she starts the day with it (it was still before noon). NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Beware is you care about your risk.

Earlier this week I went to a UPS location on Nova Drive in the Davie area. A very knowledgeable and courteous young lady by the name of Dee assisted me with my transaction. I must say she went above and beyond her duties to help me. Dee demonstrate how businesses used to care and treat their customers. Thank you for your assistance Dee.

I had to send a prepaid package and it was a pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
