It’s definitely something wrong with the management at this location, apparently if a couple is shopping together and if one can’t make up their mind within less then 20 minutes of looking for items and is not ready for a fitting room the manager will ask you for the 3 items you have in your hand to let her sit them on the counter at the cash register although you just had a Conversation with her stating you wasn’t sure of the items you wanted to purchase yet… of course by the time If you are human you will be upset which will than lead the unprofessional manager to yelling out you look SUSPECT!!! Because if you’re just shopping it will be no problem with her setting up a fitting room for you for items you didn’t decide on yet… so why will you try them on or sit them at the counter. NOTE!!!to Any Young Black Couple or just any Young Black Female or Male stay away from here if it takes you more than 20 minutes to shop. According to the Management here you will look SUSPECT!!!

The store itself is fine but the staff always has an attitude and it’s not just me that noticed my boyfriend has come in once and another friend separate times and always say the same

Superb service and well organized store that keeps me coming back. Best part of Tilly’s is the devoted staff that are there to assist at the very minute you go through those doors. They assist on online ordering too, especially if an item is out of stock in their shop.
