Tokar Family Chiropractic

Dr.Tokar was so great with my son, 1 year old. He was having chronic ear infections after starting daycare and his weekly adjustments really seemed to help him stay healthier and boost his immune system. He was very wary of having someone touch him, but she really helped him get comfortable with it and after a few visits he was fine with it. Everyone at the office was so friendly, he loved playing with the toys, and it was such a great kid friendly experience. I highly recommend Dr.Tokar to anyone.

Dr. Tokar is amazing. I have seen her throughout both of my pregnancies and she always makes sure that I’m well taken care of. She leaves no stone unturned. Dr. Tokar makes sure that I’m educated through the process and addresses every question or concern with very detailed answers. She is friendly, relatable, personable, and truly cares about you as a person. She has made a world of a difference in my pregnancies and I recommend her 100%!

As a midwife, I have been referring clients to Dr Tokar for over 6 years. She adjusted me throughout my pregnancy, helped me get through severe pelvic pain due to carrying twins and she has adjusted my girls since they were 4 days old!
I have sent her clients who have never been adjusted before and are terrified, she talks them through everything and provides a gentle adjustment to their comfort level until they feel more confident. Her demeanor is so comforting, reassuring and she really listens to you. I have not sent one person to her that wasn’t 100% satisfied with the care she provides!

I don’t even know where to begin to share the amount of love I have for Dr. Tokar! I was recommended to Dr. Tokar at 9 months pregnant after my current chiropractor suddenly moved out of state. It was a blessing in disguise! Dr. Tokar is one of the kindest, most patient and caring people I’ve ever met. She adjusted me numerous times in my final month of pregnancy and adjusted my newborn in her first week of life. Dr. Tokar is also a huge advocate for mamas and was the only one who listened (and actually guided me in the right direction) with some postpartum concerns. She is amazing and has become a dear friend to my family! I highly recommend!!
