UFC GYM Lauderhill

This place is a joke. I joined with my boyfriend last year. The gym is still closed, they took the money out of our account and they are not answering their phone nor email.
I really wish I would read and trust the reviews earlier before experiencing this awful situation.

I visited this gym on November 1st, 2019. They were pre-registering. I signed up under the promise that the gym will open in December 2019. It has been 6 months now and the gym never opened. No one answers the phones or my e-mails. They basically stole from me. I am taking this matter to small claim court.

So did this gym officially go under? I did a few bootcamps with them and then heard nothing from them. No emails no phone calls. Anyone know the official word

It’s understood that business have problems with the city regarding opening inspections, paperwork, permits, fees etc. What I do NOT understand is the business owner of this location who’s been advertising from the past year doesn’t make this clear to his perspective clientele. The fact that people are bad mouthing this Gym is because of the lack of transparency from the management team regrading what is going on. People ask on Instagram about opening dates and all, instead of posting a statement about it, they’re simply deleting questions of paying customers who want to know about the product they purchased. By law this is the definition of a scam. Be more transparent with your customers by constantly being in touch with them and the majority will understand.

I had Money taken from my Account I went over UFC and found Charlie sending Apology emails and refunding back Money mine was also refunded. He is such a decent man, I’ll go there as long as Charlie is there I’m confident that any mistakes will be corrected as long as he is there.. Thanks Charlie your the best.
