My view is that their work is superior to the work that was performed on my vehicles by many BMW dealerships over the years. My daughter has taken her Mini Cooper to Ultimate Euro Repair since the first oil change. Recently she needed work on the car that was above her ability to pay, as such dad stepped in. Santiago was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my questions. A professional estimate was sent to me via text prior to work starting. The cost for the repairs was very reasonable. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Santiago covered all the repairs completed and explained some other things she should have correctly sooner than later. I was impressed that he keeps a detailed electronic history of all vehicles they service. I would recommend Ultimate Euro Repair to anyone with a foreign made vehicle.
