I called and the staff was very nice now im waiting for them to tell me about my authorization because they told me they would call me back i called the number and it tells me the number is out of service how unprofessional for a business…

My insurance referred me here. Thank God my girl Carrie that works there told me what a trash heap the place is. She said she’s worked there since 2015 and they rip their patients off. Made my insurance send me to a better place

Edenia Boada is absolutely amazing . I called earlier and left a voicemail for someone regarding a sleep study for my dad because he has sleep apnea(along with other medical problems). Edenia called me back and not only was she extremely helpful and kind. She truly went the extra mile. I have NEVER EVER received such great customer service when calling doctors offices on behalf of my dad. I just wanted to email you to let you know because finding great customer service nowadays is so rare! She is amazing! She is such an asset to your team!

Do whatever you can to convince your insurance company not to patronize these scumbags. Their sleep labs are dumps. After the first time I refused to go back. Now they are trying to charge me a late fee for a bill I have been trying to pay for several months. When I call to pay it, they either don’t answer the phone or tell me the person who does billing is not there. This has been going on for months.
