Very disappointed with Verizon again they were trying to sell me a SIM card for $10 that I could buy one at Straight Talk for $1
And they also wanted to Jack my plan up to $55 a month when it’s supposed to be on a $35 a month plan.
In less than 30 days I’m going to switch back over to Straight Talk because of Verizon is no longer my favorite

Plenty of parking space. Customer service is o.k.
Seating is very uncomfortable. Good lighting I don’t understand the decor..sport related kind.

What service!!! This Verizon location could not have been better! The store manager was incredibly patient; he took so much time to explain and answer every question. He helped me set up my new phone which I had not even purchased at this location. I’m hooked! I’ll be back!!

The store manager, Gio, was awesome!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. A true tekkie, he knew the answer to every question that i asked. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would certainly choose 10!!! Awesome experience!!!

My wife and I recently had to upgrade our cell phones. We went in with expectations of buying the Google Pixel 2. Daniel, the Verizon customer representative helped and within an hour we were out the door, with all three colors to choose from! Awesome customer service during black Friday.
