Absolutely wonderful! Made an appointment with Ashley, she spent at least 20 minutes with me going over everything, procedure, cost, etc. And also emailed the same info we went over. She was very sweet and knowledgeable. My mother took my dog to the appointment, since I had work. Mind you she is a hard woman to please. She was over the moon with the experience of the staff, Dr. Rup and love and care they showed. I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt it necessary with such a great experience.

I loved every moment of our visit to VCCC! From the second we walked in, it was so comforting how we were greeted immediately calling our dog by his name. Everyone received us warmly, which was so needed because we were so nervous about this visit. They really put us at ease. The facility is modern, clean, and has such a friendly environment. Dr. Rupp and Britney were amazing! They were informative and kind and answered all of our questions. We felt confident enough with their knowledgeability to accept their recommendations for our dog’s healthcare and well-being. I’m so glad I found VCCC while researching our options! I look forward to continuing to work with them and recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing their services.
