Went in for a cleaning and all he did was brush my teeth, I could’ve done that at home, this place is old and beat down but they least they can do is provide good service . The dentist hurt me more than try to help my teeth problems. He said my teeth were good and I knew I had a cavity yet said I had healthy teeth. Appointment was a total waste.

I scheduled an urgent appointment since i was in pain. It was my first time there and I was in shock! I couldn’t stop thinking about the room in the back and how it seemed like a janitors closet. The equipment was broken down to old rusty medal. I had to sit in a broken chair and the dentist was to concerned with my insurance. I had to walk out since I didn’t feel like I was going to return for a follow up. I have Humana and at this time I will call them to make sure they don’t any of the clients to this clinic. Someone from the city should conduct an investigation of this clinic.

The customer relations here are very bad. Nothing terrible happened during my visit… However, the office and all its equipment looks run down, the staff are not courteous, and I was made to wait very long periods of time while the doctor carried on personal conversations and even took a call in the middle of my procedure. Patients are not respected here.
