Wells Fargo Bank

This is by far the worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. The wait time is ridiculous. The staff is rude and not customer friendly. They should receive 0 stars!!!

Horrible this was my first time with this banker or seeing him he was so rude He need to be train how to talk and treat other. I pick my stuff and Left went to call customer service to get it resolved.Wasted my time putting appointment for what to be treated with no manners at all.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Rose Sylvain for her excellent service, patience and care. She has been the preferred personal banker for my parents for a few years now and they sing her praises to me after every visit. I got the chance today to witness her service first hand and was thoroughly impressed. I wish you the best in your professional career. Thank you.

If I could give it 0 stars I would , service slow , employees slow with the service they provide . You have to wait in a line for 15/20 minutes just to be told you cant do a service that you’ve done at other locations before with no problem. Service at this location is so horrible It would be the last location I go on earthhhh if the world was ending I lied I wouldn’t even go then. Then was told something is $5 more then what I’ve been told at 3 other locations … highly disappointed. NEVER AGAIN. I’ll go to my happy place in Fort Lauderdale where they value their customers
