This emergency room is top notch! I came in because my boyfriend had either a stomach virus or food poisoning (we weren’t sure which one). The intake process was seamless and easy. We didn’t even have a seat in the waiting room and immediately went into Triage and the nurse said it was a busy night. We were placed in a room quickly And the doctor came in 5 minutes later. His blood was taken and he was given IV and other medicines. He felt better right away. Everyone was so nice, from Natalia our nurse to the guy that comes in and gets like your insurance information. From intake to discharge: we were here for two hours. This experience was awesome! Keep up the good work 🙂

This rating is due entirely to Dr. Jaroslaw Parkolap. My mother was experiencing lower abdominal pain and needed medical attention. My sister and I were debating between Westside Regional and Plantation General Hospital. We are extremely protective over our mother and wanted to make sure she got the best care that is available. Although I was not particularly impressed with the triage process, I was however extremely happy with the attending ER physician (Dr. Parkolap). While observing his interaction with my mother, he displayed such a spirit of compassion and sympathy that left me feeling good about our choice to bring our mother to this hospital. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and gentle and I am grateful to him.

I had an emergency with my mom and she ended up having surgery with Dr chi zhang, i cannot explain the good experience that we have here, everyone was checking on us every hour, the doctor was super good and the nurses from 3rd floor were super kind! I highly recommend this place!

Had triple bypass surgery there in 2002 on a November Sunday afternoon. Dr. William Bailey saved my life. Most memorable time was this little nurse holding my hand for over an hour while waiting for my wife to arrive from southern Miami. She was an Angel from Heaven for giving me comfort during a very scary time. Wish I knew her name.
