Best hospital ever. I spent 3 months here and came in so sick that I was fightj g for my life and didn’t even know that I was. They immediately rush with xrays blood cul all test and with in an hour I was signing to give consent to the doctor to put me to sleep so I could have a tub inserted in my side for a collapsed lung. I wish that was the only thing wrong with me but sadly it wasn’t. I had a life treating infection that had progressed so badly that It praralized me temporary I was in the ICU for 3/weeks before being pit upstairs and treated before open heart surgery and I can say the whole 3/months all the nurses and doctors where the most caring and helpful here then I’ve ever met in any other hospital in broward county.

Go somewhere else. Nurses rush and are unconcerned. Looks as if they their entire staff is right out of community school with very little training or experience. Had my son’s arm gushing blood all over floor, clothes, and him. When he threw up after oral antibiotics Tylenol and a CT scan with contrast with no food. Nurses look of annoyance and disgust, t when my 10 year old vomited, put me over the edge. Didn’t even offer me napkins or alcohol pads after the blood or vomit. Never again!

My sister Gertrude Simms was admitted to your Hospital ii-27-17. I was very critical because of the one Star ! Visiting I saw only helpful, smiling faces. She got excellent care for pneumonia and had to be incubated and moved to ICU.Her CARE was exellent due to Nurse “Jennifer Bickel”.
While she was there they discovered her brain was bleeding. Jennifer took lovingly care of her and her family. Trudy’s children are in the medical field.
Jennifer took the time to explain the medications and procedures. It was a big help to know what was going on. Trudy died surrounded by family and friends. Thanks to Nurse JENNIFER BICKEL it was a peaceful experience.
Thank you Jenny !!! God Bless !!!
