This Why Weight For Recovery community has been a huge part of my road to recovery! The meetings and workshops have been amazing. I definitely would not be where I am today with my recovery without this group. Highly recommended! I stumbled upon them, and it’s been the best “happy accident” of my life!

This group is really helping me to be aware and overcome the disease of overeating. Great advice, awesome support and the TRUTH is what you will find here! I highly recommend this group for emotional over eaters and addictive personalities.
