Winn-Dixie

Difference between WD and Publix: Publix staff always have to acknowledge your presence, even when busy. It’s a simple act that makes a big difference. Counter staff pretending they do not see you feels a little discourteous.

Winn-Dixie is usually my go-to place for shopping. They always have great deals and buy one get ones.

I went to this Winn-Dixie with my grandfather who apparently goes everyday. What stood out to me about this location was the customer service. He knew almost every employee in the store by name and they knew him! They seemed genuinely excited to see him and help out with whatever he needed.

Nice and clean recently renovated. Lovely seating area if you want to have a sub or something from the hot bar. The bakery makes some truly amazing cakes. Have a great special today buy 2 bottles of 19 Crimes wine that’s on sale for $9.99 and you get a free lobster tail! They also make fresh sushi here even to order if you can wait a few minutes. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Parking is never a problem. I highly recommended. They also have a floral department.

The store is spotless.. the employees were all very nice, helpful. I must preface this with I don’t like to go to brick and mortar stores. Hence I order most of my items on line. My groceries where I can pick them up ready to go. I did not mind going here at all…
