Kohl’s

The checkout line takes forever to get through but the customer service is really good. They have a great amazon drop off area too!

I am writing this review to warn others. When you order online they will place a pending hold for the amount of your bill on your debt card and or credit card. Once your items start shipping they will then go and process different charges for each item that ships, the whole time however they are still holding that initial full amount pending charge. When you call to inquire your hold is well over an hour and they will tell u there is nothing they can do. When you ask to cancel the order they state they can’t because some items are already shipped!! Well I paid for them already out right!! Needless to say by the time you get your complete order kohl’s has a hold on your money for twice the amount of the initial purchase. This is the second time this has happen with kohl’s but it was five years ago and I had forgot the first bad experience until I made this second attempt to purchase from them. I was fortunate enough financially that this did not impact me in a negative way but many may not be!! So kohl’s maybe in 5 years when I forget about this issue will I purchase again from You but I hope not!!!! BUYERS BEWARE

Well it gets better and better second part of my order came with security tags! Then I order coffee and they process payment only two days later receive email saying sorry we are sold out!! I can’t be the only one having these issues with kohl’s!! Call centre wait time is 45 mins plus apparently I’m not.

Such a breeze to shop here, Rachel does amazing in the home department! I’ve needed a comforter on the very top shelf about 12ft high, she was quick to assist and spoke about the great quality of my choice! Keep it up guys! Thank you!

Great AMAZON Return Center! EZ in and out…they give you a receipt with confirmation return and an in store coupon. Will definitely use in the future. I love this Kohl’s because it is never too busy. They offer a great home appliance section as well.
