Walmart Pharmacy

I came to the pharmacy to filled multiple prescription which I have done in the pass for the same meds and quantity, one of my prescription I was told was not available and they could order it and get it withing 3 days so I kindly agree for them to, I came back 3 days later where I presented my prescription the pharmacy after looking at it came to me asking me questions that I believe was not for her to ask and telling me the quantity was too much and she was gonna need to talk to my doctor, after she talk to the doctor who has a well documented diagnosis and history of my illness he explained why it was needed, she then preceded to tell him she was not gonna be able to filled the prescription because she believe quantity was too much, immediately my doctor call me and told me to go and retrieve my prescription and talk it to Walgreens, public or even CVS and I should have no issue because she as a pharmacist was over stepping her boundaries so I did pick it up and took it else where with no issue in getting it filled immediately. Very poor service from Walmart pharmacy plain and simple

Was open pretty late when we needed a pharmacist.

Lunch break over at 2pm , never ever open back up at 2pm.terrible business , rude to customers , have people waiting , workers to busy talking to each other to do anything . Come on wal mart get it together. New year be better

I had a prescription sent here from my doctor’s office earlier this morning. I go to pick it up and it is stated that the doctor never issued the prescription to them. I was forced to wait until they returned from their 1:30-2:00 lunch period in which no one can be helped to attempt to resolve the issue. After the wait I find out that the doctor did in fact call in the prescription and that Walmart pharmacy did not check their messages until I was standing in front of them. Unacceptable. This is medication for my child, the lack of urgency and professionalism is ridiculous at this location. Never again.

They stand around and expect you to just wait there like boo boo the fool and then have the nerve to say “do you need help?”..nooooo I just admire watching y’all stand there and talk. On top of that I wasn’t allowed to you a discount card that I have. Usually don’t catch attitudes with employees, but they make it so hard to resist.
