Dr. Hadeed my primary dr , I’ve been going to the past few years, he’ s a great Doctor. But the nurse practitioner is very unprofessional and unorganized , the Haitian girl is rude and like to complaint, as if they pay her just to sit in the office and make jokes , and laugh. Dr. Hadeed staff are more professional and respectful. The Haitians nurse practitioner make you wait long, don’t introduce herself, no name badge and walk away without saying nothing, quick to assume things, without careful explanation . I waited long in the room while they stood outside the room laughing out loud and talking/gossiping. If it wasn’t for Dr. Hadeed , I would give them just 1 star.

I don’t know why the person below is being so rude. I’ve been going to Arleen Richards for the past two years and she is amazing. The only time any of the nurses ask for a card is if you are new or have either changed or added anything onto your insurance. Other than this everyone is so sweet. The nurse who does the bloodwork is the only person I’ve ever gone to who works with my fear of needles and actively talk to me and has gotten my vein on the first try (They even had trouble doing that while I was at MEPS.) The Doctor herself will explain everything to you and will make sure you understand everything. All in all, the scheduling may take awhile due to her having many patients but other than that its worth the wait if you can, if not, an urgent care center is best.

I would put no stars but you need to put one to write this review.
I called yesterday afternoon to make an appointment for my husband to get seen for an annual check up and also because he was getting a weird rash on his arm. (I know some of you will say well go to a dermatologist) but that’s not the point. I called and the front desk receptionist Fr****** was very nice on the phone and I told her my situation that I have contacted a recent PCP to be seen (which I’m going to write a review about soon) and the doctor’s assistant had to reschedule my appointment 3 times. and so Fr****** was very nice and said for me to come in. So my husband gets there and then she tells him how much the visit will be and she said her price and then my husband said ok, take it from my HRA account. (Which is “LINKED” to his health insurance) and then she says we can’t do it that way you need a card for that, and he kept telling her that no it’s tied in and you can see the benefits and the amount. JUST TO EDUCATED YOU, IF YOU HAVE A HEALTH INSURANCE WITH YOUR COMPANY AND IT HAS AN HRA ACCOUNT YOU CAN SEE THE BENEFITS….THAT’S WHAT THE MEMEBER PHONE NUMBER IS FOR YOU LAZY BI*** IF YOU WANT THE CARD SEPARATE THAT WILL BE AN HSA CARD. If you are going to get seen by a doctor please make sure you get a receptionist that knows what they are doing and know all of this information before you waste your time.
