Golfview Apartments

Golfview Gardens Apartments is a great community, the entire staff is very helpful, kind and professional. Keep in mind that they have a waiting list, so be patient. After several months on waiting list, Maria, the Property Manager, called my parents to give them the great news! They had an available apartment for them. My parents have only good things to say about the building and staff. They like the weekly activities and all the amenities and surroundings are very well kept, my Parents are very happy living there and I’m grateful for that.

Wife and I made an appointment that was not kept, put in an application over a year ago and that has apparently gone lost. Seriously incompetent office staff at this place.

First I call, answering machine!!!! The I came from West Palm Beach to see a studio or a 1 bedroom apto but. When I asked about there is no US$ 458.00 – US$ 547.00 with income restrictions available…..the waiting list is 3 to 4 years…The property was builder to special people in needy, but they just offer over US$ 738.00 !!!! Do not lose your time and gas!!!!.

I live at Golfview and iam so Happy that i have found a place that i can call HOME..after my husband passed away, i feel safe,
And the Manager(Maria) is the absolute best!! Very professional and caring at the same time..runs these buildings to profection..and Alene(assistant manager is the same..great place to live..Im Blessed
