We just moved to One Plantation last month but my daughter has been living here for 3 years already. I always loved when I had to take care of her doggies, because I love this place, I love the open concept and modern floor plans, the amenities, VAL, from the property management office is the best, sweet, very helpful, a lovely person. We are so happy here, love the neighborhood, the many stores and restaurants around the building, walking distance to my nail salon, bakery, pet grooming. Everybody in the building is friendly, the maintenance guys are awesome. VAL again made all the moving process a breeze. I highly recommend One Plantation Community.

I’ve been in the Marine Corp for a few years now and when I found out I was being relocated I was very concerned. But meeting Val at One Plantation it truly made such a difference! The property is beautiful, the office staff is wonderful and the amenities are always clean. I’ve lived here 1 year and I’m happy to announce that I am renewing my contract again. Key is a great addition to the team and is always eager to help! I would recommend this to any of my Marine Corp / Army close to the airport, walking distance to a lot of different stores. And they have events! I love it here

It’s a great location, and at the same time a terrible location. It’s super close to 595 and University Drive (great views) but getting into and out of the complex is difficult most hours of the day if you are going to University Drive.
