Beautiful place. Megan and Alicia in the office are top notch. They do a very good job keeping the place maintained. Lived here over three years. Any issue is attended to immediately. Can’t ask for anything more.

This place is horrible! No dishwasher, way over priced, your rent will always go up every year, something is always wrong with the place and it’s so old. When you move out they just rip you off and take all of your security deposit and make you pay extra for stupid reasons or reasons that aren’t even true. If you have a dog they blame everything on your dog. Don’t go here.

Worst place ever!! There IS mold everywhere!! I had read this in the reviews before moving in but just ignored it because the office girls are so nice that I decided to see for myself. Worst decision ever.
Maintenance just comes and paints over the mold every time I complain. They’ve done it to my apartment 3 times already and the next day it comes back. There’s always an issue with the water. It either comes out burning hot or just cold. Sometimes I have to heat up water on the stove to take a shower. The appliances are so cheap I’ve had it almost burn up a couple of times. Six apartments next to mine actually did blow up and I’m assuming it was for that reason.
Even though there are windows in all the apartments there’s no overhead lighting and it’s always super dark. There’s always bugs everywhere. Tons of frogs around. The floor is also a cheap material. Is like a paper that looks like wood and it lifts up alllll the time. The air circulation is also covered in mold. So much that we even suffer terrible allergies and breathing problems but the staff won’t do anything about actually resolving the issue and won’t grant us the liberty of leaving without penalty due to health issues. It’s a cheap apartment but it’s honestly not worth it at all!! I can’t wait until the month is over to move out. Please don’t move here.

I have been living at Cameron Cove for about 4 years now and this location and property is like no other.Yes the apartments could be bigger but the safety ,sunset views and location are unbeatable, especially if you have a dog.
Its surrounded by a gorgeous scenery of a golf course with a lake view. And the staff that works in the office and on property are very nice and even understanding. I like calling Cameron Cove my home!

We lived here for close to 2 years and I have to say we enjoyed almost every moment of it. It’s expensive for the size yes, but so is the rest of the rental market in south Florida. Cameron Cove is perfect for students or a single person to call home in a great and safe location. There isn’t anything you can’t find within a 2 mile radius, however, the way the property is laid out coming home is very quiet and set back from a very busy University Drive. The front of the apartments face many small lakes and a golf course. Everyone always commented on our view. The neighbors are nice and the girls in the office are always professional and friendly. The only thing I would have liked to be different was the laundry situation. Community laundry wasn’t so bad however they use reloadable laundry cards and if the office was not open and you had no money on the cards, there was no way to use the facility. Other than that it was a great place to start out until our little family expanded and needed more space. If you are looking for top of the line luxury this may not be for you, but f you want a place in a good location, plenty of parking and easy to maintain, this may just be a solid option.
