The Palms

I been living at the Palms of Davie for two years me and my family are so happy with the manager Tika and the staff at the palms and maintenance too. They are very caring staff.I love my apartment and we live close to everything and good schools.I highly recommend anyone that they will enjoy living at the palms. I also like they keep us informed during all events thru out the year.

I just moved in to The Palms. Love the community. They are like family. My one bedroom apartment is newly renovated and is absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous view of the lake. It is both children and dog friendly. Anxious for the gym and the pool to open up and to meet my neighbors!!

Living here 4 years now and never “bad”, but could have been better. However since new management and maint. took over. Specifically Alexis, Gabriel and Carlos. The Palms has been outstanding! The management Professional, polite, responsive, attentive and pragmatic. They are a template of what all on-site properly management should strive for. Very impressed with what the Palms is today and with those who are managing it.

You will regret renting an apartment here. Place went downhill rapidly the moment Bozzuto took over. Noisy outdated apartments build in the late 90’s. Public areas never get cleaned. Both access gates are broken for months now. Anyone can access the property. Management keeps sending emails that parts are ordered, but that’s hard to believe after months of waiting. Dumpster area is gross with cockroaches walking all over the place at night. Barking dogs 5 a.m. in the morning is a normal thing and teenagers around the bbq places at night smoking weed disturbing the peace. And as the cherry on top of everything, they will try to lure you in with a free first month or no deposit, however wait until you get your first renewal proposal. Mines had an increase of $250 a month, which came out to almost 20% in just one year!! Will not renew and I see many neighbors leaving as well. Think twice before renting here. You probably won’t enjoy if you’re just trying to live in a nice and quiet place after a hard day of work. There are many other rental properties around that offer a much better value. Do your research.
