Plantation Colony Apartments

I moved out in 2013 after paying $461 of what I supposedly owed with assurance that I would be getting my deposit back. I didn’t get any of my deposit back and 5 years later they’re claiming that I didn’t pay the $461 and gave it to a collection agency (shows up on my credit and future rental background). I guess they were hoping that I would have records of the payment. They are dishonest and everyone should be careful.

I haven’t moved in just yet so I’ll follow up with another review once I’m actually settled in but I must say – I am impressed with the high quality services handled by Vanessa. She has made this move in process not only extremely easy but extremely pleasant as well. Just dealing with her assures me that I’ve made the right move. I am very much looking forward to my new community!!

Best neighborhood I’ve lived in so far! I’ve never had any leasing staff remember me by name so it truly goes to show how much they care about us. If anything is ever wrong with my apartment they have maintenance here within the hour (most of the time within 20-30 minutes max) the grounds are kept clean and its always super quiet which is great. Also parking is never an issue. The only small complaint I could even ever think of is that the roads are uneven and bumpy but other than that love living heee so far!

Plantation Colony is a great complex in a nice neighborhood. All of the staff are very friendly and truly cares about their tenants. Highly recommend!
