The Oasis At Springtree

I love living here!
So far living in the Oasis Community has been very enjoyable for me and for my wife we have been here for quite some time and we have just renewed our lease and we intend to enjoy.
More years living here this is a good Community with good people
The staff is attentive and they maintain a loyalty to their particular Mission which is to make life in our apartment homes is as enjoyable as possible.
Michelle is a godsend of a person, she has always been very good to me and to my family she’s always been patient and very willing to explain the situations that go on in and around the community she stays up to date she accept input and we really appreciate her presence here in this community without her it would be a lot different.
I can say for all of the office staff that we appreciate their work, their efforts, and their outcomes.
The maintenance crews are very helpful to me and to my wife as I am a disabled veteran and there are times when we need a little help and getting the little extras up into our apartment in particular, I have to thank Tyrone Thomas and Juan Carrera, who have continued to be as helpful as possible in our times of need.
I don’t want to leave anyone out, so what I want to say here is that we like and we appreciate every person who works here to make our community as well as it is and we like calling the Oasis our home.

They did a walk through on my apartment everything went good then I got my deposit and these crooks took half my money

I have been living here for 2 years and never suffered robery or any bad situation with people living here, working people and family oriented community is rare to see young people on the streets, staff is very educated and professional, Michelle the manager is very polite and Gigi is super nice, very diligent staff, the best is the amplitude of the units and the price is the best in the area. If you want to live in a quiet and clean area as the same time to save money this is the home for you.

WORST APARTMENTS TO RENT FROM!! I have rented from a total of 3 apartments total over 6 10 years and Oasis at Springtree is by far the most unprofessional, greedy and untruthful one. The management is only interested in keeping your deposit and charging any other fess they can extort from residents. DO NOT RENT HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE! I should have believed previous reviews that spoke about the environment and their lack of customer service and professionalism but I ignored it, took my chances and regret it dearly. The “valet” trash company lied about the way the garbage was left out so I was erroneously billed for a violation and management backed them fully, they billed for each small item when I moved out because they wanted to keep the majority of my deposit and of course had their contract to refer to for their justification yet they lack care or interest in their residents so, beware, that if you want a professional, genuine and caring community DO NOT RENT AT THE OASIS!
