Actually, they were very helpful after I received a bill that was over 4 times my normal bill due to a leak. Very professional and informative.

So unprofessional and rude. They don’t care about people’s problems or issues and get frustrated easily. Don’t bother calling if it’s something you can’t manage through other means.
