Signature Grand

I was supposed to have my wedding there on memorial weekend however due to the virus and with signature grand being close I had to push it back to August. I called multiple times in May because with everything that was going on all around the world I decided to move it to November ( I am not canceling I’m just postponing my wedding). When the virus started I contacted my wedding coordinator “Sasika and I asked to cancel because I didn’t know what was going to happened but she said that wasn’t an option. So that’s when I decided that hey August the virus will go away and by April everything will be back to normal. Well we’re in June and everything is not back to normal. Today I was able to get in touch with Sasika and boy oh boy she was giving me the run around (I know they work on commission so with her loosing my wedding is going to be a big cut for her). So this is how the conversation went: Sasika i am looking to postpone my wedding until further notice and the reason my grandmother is 90 and she is very sick not sure how much longer she has and with my tradition when a close family dies we have to wait 1 year until a wedding can happen. She said well if I have to postpone I am going to loose my deposit and pay all these other fees (I already paid $20,000 never late on any payment or anything). I said I am not canceling I am just asking to postpone until further notice I am not asking back for no money also I stated that my fiancé sister is in the army and her base is on lock down so we’re not sure if she will be able to come out in August this woman went on saying oh what base is she at? And blah blah blah like I’m lying about that. Then went on saying oh well she is in the US and I’m pretty sure she can ask this is the army. She told me I have to write a letter and then she cannot guarantee me that this will be approved but still write it. She is giving me the run around and to be honest I don’t want to work with her anymore. She’s worrying more about loosing the business than thinking what’s going on around the world.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. It’s been about 6 years since I have been there and it is still breathtaking. The ambiance, the staff and the food are all excellent.

I would love to marry again so I can have a wedding there.

Environment and servers were excellent, food presentation beautiful but food itself was bland. One person at the table asked for pepper sauce as we all reach for salt and pepper shakers. But the pepper sauce at least gave the food flavor. That’s the only reason it made it up to 4 stars

Loved it! The staff were very friendly and warm. I gave it a 4 rating only because I went there for a Banquet which lasted only for a few hours. Not sure what the experience would have been had I stayed for days. Nevertheless, I was pleased with how receptive the staff were during the few hours spent there.
