This company is the worst Inspection company in South Florida. Inspector Ariel Garcia inspected my house onn November of 2018. He stated that the washer hook-up lines/ valve were satisfactory in my laundry room. Well not only they weren’t satisfactory they didn’t exist. After moving in I purchase a washer and dryer. I was not able to hook said items up. I contacted Mr. Garcia He told me that there were no washer and dryer present at the time and basically it’s not his problem or concern and to deal with it. I told him as an inspector his job is to look for the components to the washer and dryer even if there isn’t one present at the time. He stated again I don’t care it’s your problem now. He wasn’t
apologetic or regretful for making a mistake. DO NOT USE TOP NOTCH PROPERTY INSPECTIONS LLC/ OR FLEET INSPECTION COMPANY. They don’t care about the home owners all they care about is getting paid.
