Limo Now

To start off we used this company two weeks ago thinking to give them more business. We had troubles with the return calls but decided to give them a second chance being how nice we are. To say the least terrible customer service. Does not call back after leaving several messages. We even stopped by their office to see if we can speak to someone in person twice, and there was nobody there both times we went. They’re located next to Signature Grand, so we went inside and we were advised we can leave a sticky note with our information on the door to call us back and still nothing. We even went as far as texting one of the owners and still not a single response. We were originally given a quote by them and they did not allow us to follow up with them to make the reservation. Was told we would get a call back in 15 min but never did. Extremely incompetent and not reliable at all. I’m not going to beg to give business to a company that shows no respect of calling a customer back.
We found a reliable Limo Company and made plans with them. You can take a chance but we can’t, we need reliable service. BEWARE!!! You have been warned.

Picked us up on time. Had drinks available and very nice driver – Caleb. My friends and I had a great time. Excellent service.

Well pleased for the service I received. I called the day before I needed the service. They accommodated me, they were punctual each trip, professional, courteous, ordered, disciplined, knowledgeable, and affordable. It was my God parents 25th Anniversary and they were renewing their vows. Thank you TC and Garrett for making their night perfect and please know I’m eternally grateful.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The bus was AWESOME, you can play your own music via bluetooth, we had a GREAT driver and his assistant. We are already planing our next outing with them. Thanks for making out night that much better.
