I had several close family members pass within the last 2 years. Although company policy hasn’t always allowed Jose to accommodate my request, he has always been empathic and professional. It appears that he is a conscientious employee that takes pride in his job. He actively listens and offers suggestions whenever possible. All of my interactions have been pleasurable.
