Very unprofessional and shady people. They will take your deposit for normal wear and tear. Time and karma will close this place down. Know your rights when moving out, and be careful!!

The way that these people treated my mother was very harsh. A young girl with curly hair showed up blasting music in her vehicle and putting her middle finger out. I tried to call the office but did not get a response. I need to talk to the city about this organization. They always want my mom to email them, but my mother is older. She requires speaking on the phone which they dont like to do. I would recommend looking somewhere else for a reliable and professional company.

I’d rate this company a zero if I could. Very unfair business practices and they outright practice fraud. If you are stuck with these shysters , I suggest consulting with the Florida Attorney Generals office and even a private attorney.

Friendly, Fast and I never had any problems…I wish doing business with anyone was this simple!

I wish i could say something good about this company. Firstly, I have paid my rent on time and have never missed a payment. I was rented a unit with mold that made me very ill. The roof was completely destroyed. I consulted with an attorney who pushed and pushed for me to sue the landlord and recover what i needed to and I’m still undecided on the matter as i have extreme family circumstances going on. The office staff (moni) is very catty. She loves to battle or play word play. I request certain things and they are not done. The sad part is this is an owner who isn’t aware of how his prop management company acts. I am never treated professionally and everything seems “over the top”. I would make sure to check your unit throughly because if you have to deal with property management the young lady is not the easiest to deal with. Many better options out there and the owners need to be aware of this.
