Having experienced several management companies since 2012, I think Castle has fulfilled most of my expectations.

It’s not about the units owners’ convenience , it’s about what’s easier and more comfortable for the office staff. Call and ask the manager of the Sole Complex, April Sagraves. She does whatever she wants, whenever she wants. The pool is only open Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm because that’s when the cleaning person works. Yes, that’s also when the unit owners work so they don’t get to enjoy the pool but who cares?!. It’s not about who lives here, it’s about who works here

Notice how everyone who rates 5 stars here either has only one review, or works there. Clearly trying to falsely inflating their score here. That should tell you a lot about this company and their business practices.
Total nightmare to deal with, unresponsive and direct you to call or email – all of which are ignored. Their standard response is “give us a call at 1-800-WE-DONTCARE.” How about addressing the issues and concerns of the residents and homeowners of the locations you so poorly manage? That would be a better way to raise your score and be seen as a better business.
Positive side to all this…I am leaving so I wont have to deal with them anymore, but this is a word of caution to ANYONE looking to rent or buy a property managed by this company – STAY FAR AWAY!

UPDATE – Hey look… standard response from them as I mentioned above! How about I come visit you in person? Because that’s the only way to get a response, just turn up.
