A Superior Towing Company

I got into a bad car accident June 1 2020. I had my car in the tow yard for over a week & the gentleman at superior towing helped me take what I needed out of the car and still gave me a discount to release it. Thank you superior and thank you Guapo!

The worst people and company in my life.Do not call them if you need towing.

First off these reviews are bogus!! Never in my life have I dealt with a towing company that is so NASTY, and money hungry!!!! The guy at the window, Kevin is very rude, doesn’t show no empathy none whatsoever to customers. Rushes you out of the window. And don’t take the time to help or listen to you unless you have the MONEY. and his Sammy Sosa look alike of a supervisor, Kavon isn’t any BETTER!!! They’re all the same, to the yard men and the “reps” who works in the back. Even if I was to be stranded on the side of road, and they were my last resort I’ll rather drag my car home. They’re two faced. They tell one thing then tell you another. Two days of HELLL dealing with them. I just hope to never get into any issues in broward county ever again, cause that’s their go to company. Greedy people never prosper.

Fantastic customer service! They are patient, friendly and compassionate. My car is a total loss (burned) and they were able to help me. After speaking to them, my day was at ease. Although there are other towing companies, A Superior Towing is great, I’d say the best.

Make sure you wear shoes to be able to in the lot as in tennis shoes or as long as its not open toe. No heels or flip flop.Otherwise it will take them some time to find and bring your car. Besides that they’re friendly and great. And you can ask them as many questions you want they actually have good answers
