33 West Apartments

33 West in Davie is an awesome community. Very nice common areas, well maintained, the staff is super friendly and efficient. I would totally recommend it.

Grounds are well kept. Pool is beautiful. Location is perfect for me. My only complaint is the guest parking situation. There are about 8-10 spots TOTAL in the community for guests for multiple buildings of residents. If guests are not in a guest spot, they are ticketed, towed and booted. There are PLENTY of extra resident spots that could be converted into guest spots. I have to plan ahead and drive around after a night out in hopes somebody will leave a guest spot or else my guests are ticketed or even towed. Insane. It does not make sense to me that it is a gated community but guests still need to be in a designated spot? If you have friends or like to have people over, DO NOT RENT HERE. It’s such an inconvenience.

33West is a quiet community. It’s very dog friendly. There’s a lake that is beautiful to walk along, especially in the evening and there’s a great view of the Hard Rock guitar. The leasing and maintenance staff are amazing. The reason for the 4 stars is landscaping and parking.

Last several months here have been awful. No parking for guests with high $48 parking tickets. They added these horrible dark screens to the balcony that take up 1/3 of the space and restrict view. Pool is beautiful but has been closed for no reason for over a month and a very hot month. Tanning bed removed. Lots of gym equipment does not function well. Very small bathrooms in one bedrooms with shower only. Poor layout with washer dryer inside the tiny bedroom. They make really poor choices and bad changes without asking. Be careful.

I moved in here a month ago and so far it is great. The staff and the neighbors have all been very nice. Everything is relatively clean and looks like new. I like it!
