Chris is the most dis honest person I have ever dealt with. I worked with a company that I was having issue. I finally was let go. I then reach out to Chris and asked if he had any partime position. He said no they don’t really get part time work. So then I spoke with a co worker and she stated that he offer part time work. So I email Chris and asked if you don’t want to work with me tell mme. Cause I’m going to go up the chain since you don’t want to work with me. Give me work. So then he emailed and back and said if I going to send emails like that he will dactivited my account. For some reason, Chris Rudd(Office) think it’s illegal for anyone to add a photo to their resume even though many profile/resume sites such as “linked in” asks for a photo. I was ignored just because of that in which they expressed after recognizing me as I applied online first before the walk-in. I wasn’t even aware of the situation until I walked in. It’s only illegal if the employer uses it for unlawful discrimintory purposes. Besides, before getting any job, you have to do a face to face interview/confrontation anyway so, why say a profile photo is illegal if you’re going to see my face regardless? Also, they don’t like excessive unrelated skill set infomation(part of a general/universal resume), I was given the impression they are too lazy to skim over prerequisites. They want the resume simplified to specifics per each applied job, meaning if you apply for 10 different jobs = you need to create 10 different resumes rather than all in one. I was told it should take no more than a minute to look over a resume in which they over exaggerated, obviously too lazy & apparently a slow reader(properly count 60 seconds). I don’t know about this place anymore, very bad impression during the visit. Felt like I was personally attacked on my credentials as well as being blown off. This is just my experience for that one neutral walk-in that turned stupid, goodluck.

It’s common & normal to add a profile photo, if anyone tells you otherwise, just go somewhere else because you will NOT be hired.

When adding a photo, it represents:
– how you carry yourself
– fit to work
– no tattoos
– presentation
Etc.

Illegal? Lol no.

I’m 29 with 14 years of work experience, thanks for nothing Adecco!
