Signing on building should be updated for those who do not know Carquest is same company. Should also update location description that this is wholesale warehouse location not retail location. Visiting form out of town and needed wind shield wipers. Google directed me to this location and as soon as I pulled into warehouse complex I knew something was different. I know Carquesst is same company so didn’t confuse me but I am sure others are confused. Once I found the wind shield wipers I needed I was greeted by Stephen. He rang up the wipers and I asked for assistance installing them as retail locations offer. Stephen explained since they were a wholesale location they do not do installations like retail location. With the impending storm coming I didn’t look forward to fighting with them myself. I explained my disappointment in this policy as I would have gone to a retail location instead. Without hesitation Stephen got up and walked outside with us and happily and friendly installed the wipers for me. Great customer service Stephen despite your locations “no customer service policy!”.

My car had battery issues and wasn’t able to start. None of these idiots inside had jumper cables to start my car nor could they replace my dead battery with a new fresh one. Don’t come here. It is a waste of your time.

The location is hard to find because their are no signs on the building. I actually past by it the first time without even knowing. The website said they had some items in stock that I was looking for, but they actually were out of them.

Can’t really rate because I couldn’t purchase an item. Asked for auto touch-up paint, was told this is a “comercial store.“ Also, the sign outside says CarQuest.
