After many frustrating experiences with Elevator Maintenance and Fire Inspection Companies, I was referred to AFA. They have been a breath of fresh air with their responsiveness and fair pricing. I have just started working with them but look forward to years of a good relationship.

AFA is professional and knowledgeable in what they do. We were very impressed with their responsiveness, follow up, and attention to detail. The account manager took the time to do a thorough inspection of our entire property prior to submitting his proposal, he was well versed in the various statutes and code requirements, and was always willing to answer all of our questions. Great organization.
